Triple Olympic gold medallist Andrew Hoy will become the first Australian to compete at seven Olympic Games when he rides in London aboard his horse Rutherglen.
Hoy made his Olympic debut at the 1984 Los Angeles Games and competed in Seoul, Barcelona, Atlanta, Sydney and Athens before missing out on selection for Beijing.
He won team gold in Barcelona, Atlanta and Sydney along with an individual silver medal at the 2000 Games.
