Synchronised swimming may have Australian origins, but the sport is yet to yield a single Olympic medal for the green and gold.

Requiring immense strength, endurance and grace, synchronised swimming made its Olympic debut at the Los Angeles 1984 Games. In London, events will be held in the spectacular new Aquatics Centre.
