Sydney are the AFL Premiers after beating Hawthorn 14.7.91 to 11.15.81 in an extraordinary grand final at the MCG. The Swans twice had to come from behind, with Nick Malceski sealing the victory with a miraculous snap in the heart-stopping final minutes.
Fellow Swans veteran Ryan O'Keefe won the Norm Smith medal for best on ground.
