Timberlake, Phelps step out for Ryder Cup

The US Ryder Cup team has called in the big names ahead of its bid to topple Europe.

While basketball great Michael Jordan will play a motivational role for the US throughout the event, he was joined by several other stars in a traditional pre-tournament competition.

Played over 10 holes at Chicago's Medinah Country Club, it featured golf addicts Bill Murray and Justin Timberlake as well as Olympic swim star Michael Phelps.
