Scotland’s Andy Murray has become the first British male to win a grand slam final since 1936, downing Novak Djokovic in five tense sets at the US Open.
Murray looked well on his way to victory after winning the first two sets, but defending champion Djokovic wasn't finished.
The second seeded Serbian won the third set 6-2 before taking the fourth 6-3 to force a fifth set in what became the second longest US Open final ever.
