There is no doubting Benji Marshall's skill on the field, but just as he looked to be on top of the rugby league world he has been caught up in a late night incident.Marshall faces a battle after being charged with assault, adding another bump to a mixed career following numerous injuries and one previous off-field incident.
With the case set to go before the courts Marshall will be allowed to weave his on-field magic as he attempts to add another Wests Tigers title to his 2005 triumph.
