Apprentice Mitchell Beadman has to satisfy the Racing NSW Riding Skills Panel that his riding techniques and practices conform to the new whip rules before he is permitted to ride again.
Beadman on Tuesday was handed a two-day suspension, on November 11 and 12, and referred to the panel.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of breaking the whip rules at the Rosehill meeting on October 24.
The son of champion jockey Darren Beadman has now incurred eight breaches of the rules.
Stewards ruled that Beadman used the whip on more than five occasions at the Rosehill meeting aboard El Meroo who was sixth in a 1400-metre race.
He was also ruled to have struck third placegetter Adnocon on one additional occasion two races later.
