Jump-in for a new Origin experience

Australian sports fans are being offered an exciting new journey as the Nine Network showcases State of Origin in Jump-in.

For the first time in history, Origin fans are able to choose their own adventure by tapping into up to 16 different camera angles used around the ground by the Wide World of Sports broadcast team.

The state-of-the-art function, developed by 9 Technology, was tested during the Kangaroos’ recent Test against New Zealand and delivered unprecedented access to the playing arena.

Viewers are guided through a simple menu of highlights that are captured as the action unfolds. They can choose to watch what they want, when they want.

Slow motion replays are generated at the touch of a button, guaranteeing added intrigue to the matches that halt sporting fans around the world.

Live statistics complement the Jump-in experience, tracking the performance of both teams and each player who competes in the series.
