Former Rabbitohs backrower Taylor will turn out for the Titans at Dolphin Oval in Redcliffe on Saturday against a Broncos side containing Prince, whose acrimonious departure from the Gold Coast will have the playmaker keen to prove a point.

Titans coach John Cartwright has named Aidan Sezer and Albert Kelly in the halves as he seeks a playmaking combination to cover for the loss of Prince.

The Gold Coast will be without prop Matt White who has been ruled out for the season after tearing an anterior cruciate ligament.

Sonny Bill Williams has not been named and will likely make his Roosters debut in the Foundation Cup match against Wests Tigers on February 23.

Ex-Roosters captain Anasta forms a new look Tigers backrow with Eddy Pettybourne and Adam Blair for the match against Parramatta at Campbelltown Stadium on Saturday nigh. Jacob Miller has been named at halfback by new coach Mick Potter alongside Benji Marshall in the halves.

Halfback Chris Sandow will play under new coach Ricky Stuart for the first time as he looks to cement himself as the Eels playmaking solution. Luke Kelly will partner Sandow in the halves with Ben Roberts named on the bench.

Canberra's Jarrod Croker is unavailable for the game against NSW Cup teams Mounties and Wyong on Saturday night at Cook Park in Mount Pritchard after undergoing minor knee surgery. The Raiders are hopeful Croker will be fit for round one of the NRL.

Warriors prop Sione Lousi will miss Saturday's game against Penrith in Hamilton and will be sidelined for six months after rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

"It's devastating for him but he'll have every support we can give him, coach Matthew Elliott said.

Queensland centre Dane Nielsen will take the field for the Warriors in his first game for the club. Nielsen is set to form a strike centre pairing this year with Konrad Hurrell.

New signing Thomas Leuluai will also feature against the Panthers.

North Queensland co-captain Johnathan Thurston will need to pass a fitness test on his swollen right hand suffered during the NRL All Stars fixture to take his place in the Cowboys 22-man squad against St George Illawarra at Barlow Park in Cairns on Saturday night.
