Australia captain Michael Clarke will be rested from Sunday's final one-day game after suffering hamstring soreness in the five-wicket win over the West Indies in Sydney.
Mitchell Johnson and Ben Cutting took three wickets each as Australia bowled the Windies out for 220 on Friday night.
Shane Watson then made 76 as Australia took a 4-0 advantage in the series.
Watson will lead the side in Melbourne while Clarke rests in Sydney before flying to India on Monday for the Test series.
