Delisted Adelaide teenager Nick Joyce has nominated for the AFL pre-season draft, giving the Crows another live pick in Thursday's national draft.
The 19-year-old is the fall guy in the Kurt Tippett saga, with the Crows forced to delist Joyce ahead of their rescheduled November 30 hearing before the AFL Commission.
Adelaide had to delist the second-year onballer last week after the league denied them permission to remove Tippett from their list.
The AFL are continuing their investigations into Tippett's controversial 2009 contract with the club.
The circumstances surrounding that deal have prompted the AFL to make a total of 11 charges against Adelaide, Tippett, Crows chief executive Steve Trigg, football operations manager Phil Harper and Harper's predecessor John Reid.
Adelaide are committed to re-drafting Joyce.
His nomination for the December 11 pre-season draft means Adelaide have two live picks on Thursday at 20 and 54.
They have committed their No.64 selection to elevate mature-age rookie Ian Callinan.
Adelaide recruited Joyce with pick 46 in last year's national draft and he is yet to make his AFL debut.
