Internacional surrendered a first half lead as they slipped to a 3-1 defeat at the Campeonato Brasileiro's bottom club, Atletico Goianiense.

Atletico had only four wins to their name going into the match and it looked like business as usual when Fred put Inter ahead in the 15th minute.

But the hosts stormed back in the second half and sealed an unlikely win with goals from Adriano (55), Ricardo Bueno (69) and Luciano (75).

Corinthians were held to a 1-1 draw at Portuguesa, Douglas scoring after 17 minutes to cancel out Marcelo Cordeiro's 13th-minute opener.

Flamengo and Cruzeiro also played out a 1-1 draw, Liedson opening the scoring for the hosts after 10 minutes before Everton equalised nine minutes later.
