Donna Urquhart has joined fellow Australian squash stars Kasey Brown and Rachael Grinham in the women's main draw of the lucrative US Open in Philadelphia.

Urquhart crushed Canadian Samantha Cornett 11-4 11-7 11-3 in the final round of qualifying at the $US185,000 ($A183,000) event.

Urquhart takes on fifth-seeded Irishwoman Madeline Perry in the first round, Brown faces sixth seed Annie Au of Hong Kong and Grinham is up against third-ranked Englishwoman Jenny Duncalf.
