No late AFL grand final team changes
15:05 AEST Sat Sep 29 2012

Hawthorn and Sydney will both field teams as selected on Thursday night for Saturday's AFL grand final.

There had been speculation that the Swans' second ruckman Mike Pyke might be a late withdrawal, while rumours were swirling on Saturday morning that their No.1 ruckman Shane Mumford could pull out with a hamstring injury.

But when final team lists were submitted pre-game, both clubs confirmed there would be no late changes.

Shane Savage was named as Hawthorn's substitute, while Luke Parker will fill that role for the Swans.

While wet, windy weather has been forecast, the morning in Melbourne was mostly fine, with only a few light showers.
