South Korean weightlifter Sa Jae-hyouk has suffered one of the worst injuries seen yet at the London Olympics.
The defending champion was forced out of competition when he suffered what appeared to be a dislocated elbow, leaving him screaming in pain.
He was trying to lift 162kg in his second snatch of the men's 77kg division.
Video of the lift shows Sa struggling to get out of his squatting position before his elbow buckles under the weight.

In his first snatch attempt of a possible three, Sa successfully raised 158kg.
China secured the first two places in the event with gold medallist Lu Xiaojun setting snatch and total world records after lifting 175kg.
The men's 77kg was the only division the Chinese failed to win during the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
