Fremantle Dockers utility Greg Broughton will miss the rest of the AFL season with a finger injury.

Fremantle AFL utility Greg Broughton will undergo surgery later this week on his right ring finger and will miss the rest of the season.

Football operations manager Chris Bond said the surgery would involve repairing the joint in Broughton's injured finger.
