whilst waiting for the game to start you sit back and watch the players going through set drills eg shooting for goal running and hand ball. At one stage all of these movements came together as if choreographed.long shots at goal snap shots ,rucking and tapping drills all came together with the balls flying around like following music. Thats when i got to thinking how about as GF entertainment we put a team together of recently retired players ,preferably highly skilled together to become our Afl Globe trotters like team . They could go through a routine that highlights all our great skills , choreagraphed to music or a theme.We could see torps one after the other from outside 50 at the same time bananas from the pocket.Hand balling line after line from one end of the ground to the other . Kicks going over and under each other from one side of the ground to another all ending in shots at goal.You could have the clown of the team that always stuffs up but in the end finally gets the goa
I agree Ash, she ruined the game for me. Not because of her knowledge but she just sounded so forced and clinical in her commentary. she does a great job on the boundary but i cant stand her voice encroaching on my lounge room

i think the bulldogs are being overhyped their foward line is the same as its been for the past 2-3 years and everytime they get to finals the same thing happens they dont kick a score and that was proven when they played the saints earlier in the year. i think the question should be asked do they have a foward line that can win a premiership?? against the poor teams they can but against a good team?? i think that should be posed as a question to the panel!
all the hype surrounding this match.st kilda are the only team playing. there is a team from western victoria, that has won 55 from 58 ,called geelong. I think they are playing this sunday too!! the saint have had their day in the sun, so, come on cats just get the job done!
Good Call Bad Call Should Simmo' miss the adelaide game and play his 300th at the "G" the next rnd? Ok, Simmo will hav 22 days off due to the split rnd and come back in rnd 13 on sunday June the 28th for Nth Melb's home game against the Bulldogs at the Mcg, now thats how you celebrate your 300th (wasn't Archer's 300th at the "G" against the Bulldogs as well?) the season is over for Nth, they are playing the kids, so there is no "desperation" needed for Simmo' to go to crow park get no adualation and spat on and abused as he gets chaired off for his 300th after another loss against the crows, he deserves better than that, if it was a different situation and they were a chance for finals, well Nth would have to be proffessional and im sure Simmo' would be as well he'd want to play but due to the current landscape Nth are in, lets be proffessional enough to make a decision for the player and his supporters to have a win and let him run onto the "G" with his beloved Nth Melbourne

The business is CVGT (Cental Victoria Government Training or similar) Seems you guys are making inroads into pop culture. Keep up the good work on a show for us plebs who cannot justify the expense of Pay TV to see the other footy discussion shows. And Hutchy, keep giving it to Caro, someone needs to make her accountable for her relentless efforts to muckrake.
