Geelong star Paul Chapman appears a certainty to take his place in Saturday's Grand Final after training strongly today at a locked-down Skilled Stadium.
Despite the club's attempts to keep their gun forward away from prying eyes, Chapman was filmed going through his paces by the Channel Nine helicopter hovering above.
Despite wearing a cap over his distinctive shaven head and sporting the unusual number 53 on his back, there was no mistaking the burly goalkicker as he appeared to complete the session unhindered.
But the guessing game has continued as to which unlucky Cat will make way for the 26-year-old, with a senior player claiming even he has no idea.
"I don't know who it is, I couldn't tell you," 234-game defender Darren Milburn said.
"Whenever you're going into a game, there's always someone who misses out.
"Eages [Matthew Egan] was a prime example last year … he was injured heading towards the finals and couldn't play after playing all year."
It is believed the omitted player will be either James Kelly, David Wojcinski, Tom Lonergan or Matthew Stokes.
